PDF to Excel Converter provides an AI-powered tool to extract tabular data from PDF documents and images. We convert tables into editable spreadsheet format that can be exported to CSV or Excel files. The service is provided on an "as is" basis with varying subscription tiers based on usage limits.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer various subscription plans with different page limits per billing cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in our refund policy (14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions).

5. Usage Limits

Each subscription tier includes specific page limits. Anonymous users are limited to 1 document with a maximum of 5 pages. Free registered accounts receive 2 documents per month with a maximum of 20 pages. Paid plans have higher limits as described on the pricing page. Exceeding your plan limits will require an upgrade.

6. Content and Data

You retain all rights to documents and data you upload to our service. By uploading content, you grant us permission to process it solely for providing the extraction service. We do not use your documents for any other purpose. All uploaded documents are automatically deleted from our servers after 24 hours.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our service. Bulk or automated extraction attempts that exceed your subscription limits are prohibited.

8. Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for high accuracy, AI-powered extraction may contain errors. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in extracted data or any losses resulting from reliance on the service. You should always review extracted data for accuracy.

9. Intellectual Property

The service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by PDF to Excel Converter and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Limitation of Liability
